Our corporate office is centrally located in Waltham, MA with quick access to Routes 128, 3, 95 and 93, so we can respond promptly to standard service requests. Our on-site teams and managers work diligently to keep issues from becoming emergencies.
If an emergency does occur, our on-call staff will respond immediately – guaranteed.
COMPREHENSIVE PERSONNEL SCREENING
At CLEANCO, our entire workforce is comprised of industry professionals; no day labor is ever used. Our screening process consists of background checks, including CORI when requested, as well as employment eligibility verification through the Government’s Department of Homeland Security E-Verify site on every employee hired.
ON-SITE MANAGER REVIEWS
- Account executives conduct scheduled site inspections to ensure that all specifications and requirements are met.
- Area managers plan, oversee and inspect our team’s performance at your facility, and report their findings to you via REALVIEW Reporting.
Each of our cleaning professionals and supervisors receive frequent training, including:
- Hazard Communication Training per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200.
- Monthly meetings to review and provide updates on the proper use of tools and equipment per OSHA regulations.
- Use of chemical dilution and control systems.
- Review of all client’s cleaning specifications, which is available to area managers on–site via REALVIEW Reporting technology.

We use only the highest-quality products. In addition, we rely on a color-coding system for equipment and materials that ensures proper use of supplies and cleaning practices for specific facility areas such as restrooms, cafeterias and lab spaces.
President and CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Bob oversees CLEANCO’s daily operations and manages its growth.
Mr. Leone has over thirty years of experience in the janitorial and maintenance industry, including management at every level. He entered the field as an area manager; his responsibilities included complete management of his assigned facilities. After being promoted to operations manager, Mr. Leone assumed responsibility for overseeing company operations; later he assumed the position of executive vice president with direct responsibility for the company’s growth and stability. In 2000, Mr. Leone purchased the company and became President and Chief Executive Officer. A graduate of Bentley University, he holds a degree in marketing.
In addition to being an avid golfer, for the past 10 years Bob has coached girls AAU basketball for the Mass Huskies and Mass Blue Devils. He is also involved with a number of charity organizations which benefit local youth.
Senior Vice President
Bill joined CLEANCO in June, 2010 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted to Senior Vice President in February, 2013.
Before joining CLEANCO, Mr. Connor represented a major janitorial services company in the Greater Boston area for fifteen years, where his responsibilities included sales, account management, and administrative oversight. Mr. Connor also spent many years in the dining service management business focusing on business, industry, health care, and educational markets in New England. A graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, he has established a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client-orientated management.
Bill is a member of the U-MASS Football Alumnae Association. He is a benefactor to the Friendship Home in Norwell, MA and is a member of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Vice President of Sales
Ken was added to the CLEANCO management team as Vice President of Sales in March, 2013.
Mr. Foscaldo has over twenty years of experience in the Janitorial Services Industry. Prior to joining CLEANCO, he served as General Manager and Managing Partner of a local janitorial services company. During Ken’s tenure, he managed significant growth while instituting procedures that ensured accountability and management oversight of the organization.
Ken is a former member of the Executive Board of the BOMA Board of Directors. Presently, he is a member of the Town of Westwood Charter Study Committee, Westwood American Legion Post 320 Finance Officer and is the Athletic Director for the Archdiocese of Boston (CYO).
Director of Business Development
Jack is the Director of Business Development at CLEANCO.
His career in the janitorial services field began with the position of sales representative for a large firm; after five years he was promoted to sales manager and was responsible for overseeing all sales associates and staff. In 1993, he founded his own company and maintained a staff of more than sixty employees. In January 2001, Mr. Hauswirth merged his company with CLEANCO and was appointed Director of Business Development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Norwich University.
He played hockey at Norwich University (1984-1988) and was the recipient of The Robert Priestly Award. In recent years, Jack has been involved in organizing an annual golf tournament benefiting The Wounded Warrior Project.
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Hector brings extensive experience in maintenance and commercial cleaning services to CLEANCO.
As housing facilities supervisor at Boston College in Chestnut Hill for eleven years, Mr. Trilleras oversaw the housekeeping and general maintenance of thirty campus buildings. Following his tenure at Boston College, he was appointed area manager for a commercial cleaning company where his responsibilities included the day-to-day management and supervision of approximately forty locations. In 2002, Hector joined CLEANCO as an area manager and was appointed Operations Manager in 2003. He obtained his current title as Vice President of Operations in 2013. He now manages and oversees all of CLEANCO’s customer operations, as well as scheduling special project and emergency coverage as needed.
Hector is originally from Colombia, South America, where he played professional soccer. He now uses that experience to coach youth soccer.
Maynor is CLEANCO’s Operations Manager. He oversees our cleaning crews and area manger’s daily schedules.
His career with CLEANCO began in 2003; previously, he was employed with McGraw-Hill Companies as an assistant facility manager. Originally joining CLEANCO as an area supervisor, he was promoted to Area Manger in 2004, and became Operations Manager in 2013. Mr. Chavez’ primary designation is the Boston area, where he is responsible for many of CLEANCO’s high profile accounts. Working closely with our Vice President of Operations, Mr. Chavez ensures supplies and equipment are all running properly, and that our customers are experiencing an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
He grew-up in Guatemala and is a former treasurer of a non-profit agency that helps Guatemalan immigrants. Maynor is a soccer enthusiast and has coached youth soccer. In his down-time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Jennifer joined CLEANCO’s team in 2014, she is responsible for a wide variety of our administrative and daily office functions.
Ms. Davies is the accounting point of contact for CLEANCO customers. She handles the day-to-day AR/AP for the company, maintains files, orders supplies, processes incoming and outgoing mail, answers the phone and greets guests. Jen also assists the Human Resource Director and Executive Management as needed.
While attending Montgomery College in Maryland, Jenn’s course of study was education and business. Jenn is an advocate for Breast Cancer Research and participates in events to help raise awareness. She also enjoys travel, arts & crafts and gardening.
